ALL ABOUT KAREN

I’m from a musical family. My Uncle was a professional singer in the 60s, my Auntie Vera plays the piano, my nephew sings/plays guitar and nearly all of my cousins are musical.

I’ve always had wonderful elders in my life. My father used to ride on the Wall of Death in the 50s, and then he became an inventor.  Now 85, he has such an indomitable spirit and zest for life that he is a joy to be around.  It is he, and his sister (my Auntie Vera, 82, still glamorous and quick witted) who, indirectly, have inspired me to work with the older generation, because I have so much fun when I am with them.
